Windows : Alt-tab problems

go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System" [wich shows information about windows edition, system , activation & …] on the right click on "advanced system settings" under the "advanced" tab under "performance" click on "settings" under "visual effects" tab click on custom and check all of the items on the list and after that click ok ....
